10 Minute Meal- Fried Cabbage


  • 1 head Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 beef kielbasa
  • 3 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice (if low-carb option is needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Chop up a head of cabbage.

Step 2
Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and add the chopped cabbage. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 3
Cook on medium. Keep cabbage covered. Make sure to stir occasionally.

Step 4
Slice kielbasa and add to a medium sized frying pan. Add 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook on medium heat until golden brown in color.

Step 5
Serve cabbage and kielbasa over rice (or cauliflower rice). Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
