30 Minute Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 2 tablespoons sugar

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 cup vegetable oil

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1 egg

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, milk, and egg.

4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until the dough is soft and pliable.

5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a ball.

6. Cut the dough into 12 pieces and shape each piece into a roll.

7. Place the rolls onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
