7 Up Pound Cake

Ingredients

  1. 3 stick Butter (soft)
  2. 3 cup Sugar
  3. 5 Eggs
  4. 3 cup Flour
  5. 1 tsp Vanilla
  6. 1 tsp Lemon Extract
  7. 1 cup 7-Up

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1Preheat oven 350°F
  2. Step 2With electric blender whip butter.
  3. Step 3Slowly add sugar until fluffy
  4. Step 4Add eggs one at a time. Blend them well
  5. Step 5Next blend flour in slowly
  6. Step 6Add the vanilla flavor and then the lemon extract
  7. Step 7Pour cup of 7-up and blend until creamy
  8. Step 8Bake 1hr 15min
  9. Step 9Cool for 15min
  10. Step 10Turn over on plate.
