Ingredients:

Crust:

– 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/4 cup butter, melted

– 2 tablespoons sugar

Filling:

– 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup white sugar

– 2 eggs

– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 2 cups fresh blueberries

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Topping:

– 1 cup sour cream

– 2 tablespoons white sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.

2. To make the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

3. To make the filling, beat the cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time until combined. Add the flour, salt, and vanilla extract, and mix
