Chocolate bundt cake with chocholat ganache


Perfectly moist and super soft chocolate bundt cake. That rich silky chocolate ganache takes it to another level.


2 large eggs
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder(optional)

cooking instructions:

  1. In a bowl of stand mixture(or use hand mixture), add eggs, vanilla extract, sugar and beat well for 3 minutes until smooth and a little pale. Scrape the sides at intervals. Add oil and beat for 30 seconds. Add milk and water and beat well for 1 minute.
  2. Sift all the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients. Beat for a minute until well combined.
  3. Grease a bundt pan well and pour in the batter. Bake at 180 degree celsius preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Chocolate Ganache:

Heat 3/4 cup heavy cream in the microwave until hot. Add in 100g good quality semi sweet chocolate. Set aside for 2 minutes, then mix until smooth. Let cool then pour on the cooled cake. Enjoy!
