Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
- 3 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1
- Firstly peel the potatoes and onion and cut them into small cube. Then grind them into a fine puree. Strain the excess water. Then in a mixing bowl take the strained puree add everything except oil and mix generously.
- Step 2
- Heat oil in a tava or frying pan and add a spoonful of potato mixture, spreading it slightly. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the pancakes are crispy and golden brown.Place the pancakes on a paper towel, to absorb the excess oil.

- Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
