Cream Puffs Recipe



-1 cup of water
-1/2 cup of butter
-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-4 large eggs
-1/4 teaspoon of salt


-1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
-1/4 cup of confectioners’ sugar
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a medium saucepan, combine the water and butter. Bring to a rolling boil.

3. Once boiling, stir in the flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball that leaves the sides of the pan.

4. Remove from the heat and beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

5. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.

6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the puffs are golden brown.

7. To make the filling, beat the cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

8. Once the puffs have
