Dinner Rolls Simple Recipe



    • 8 cups Flour
    • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
    • 2 tbsp Yeast
    • 3 Eggs
    • 30 g Unsalted butter
    • 1 tbsp Vanilla
    • 1 tbsp Salt
    • 2 tbsp Margarine
    • 2 1/2 cup Warm milk
    • 6 tbsp Powdered milk
    • 2 tbsp Full Cream

    Cooking Instructions

    Step 1
    In a large bowl add 8 cups of flour, 6 tbsp powdered milk, 1 tbsp salt, 1 1/2 cup sugar.Mix everything well.
    Step 2
    Add activated yeast (2tbsp yeast,1/2 tsp salt and warm milk). Add 3 eggs, 2 tbsp margarine and 2 tbsp cream and 1 tbsp vanilla.
    Step 3
    Knead your dough while add milk little by little. Knead your dough until smooth. Apply butter on your working place.
    Step 4
    Turn out dough. Knead for about 15 minutes. Add 1 tbsp butter, pounding it as much as possible until dough is smooth and elastic.
    Step 5
    Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Open the dough and gently deflate the air by kneading.
    Step 6
    Lightly floured surface and knead. Divide dough into 10 even pieces with a board scraper, pizza cutter or knife. Shape each piece into a round roll.
    Step 7
    Arrange the rolls and place them on prepared baking sheet. Cover with a clean dish towel and let rise for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes open and apply milk on top of the rolls.
    Step 8
    Bake for about 20 minutes on Preheated oven to 177° C. Bake until rolls are deep golden on the top and the bottom.
    Step 9
    Our rolls are well cooked and soft.
    Brush with unsalted butter. Bon appétit
