Preheat oven to 350°F
Soften 1 cup dark chocolate chips + 3tbsp unsalted butter (microwave on low at 20 sec intervals) until almost melted and mix through until smooth.
Mix until slightly fluffy and pale, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 1/2 tbsp vanilla.
Sift in 1/2 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder and stir.
Pour in chocolate ganache and mix through.
Mix in a sprinkle of salt.
Scoop unto cookie sheet (using a half scoop measure), lined with parchment, leaving enough room between for cookies to spread while baking.
Sprinkle lightly with flaked salt or use just about a few grains of any coarse grain salt.
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave on cookie sheet to cool for a further 15 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely. (or you can wolf down a few while warm)

Wrap in parchment/baking paper for storage. They tasted even better the next day 😍🤩
