Easy, HULK BISCUITS! anyone can make



  • 20g (3/4 us cup) of fresh spinach
  • 50g (1/4 us cup) olive oil or melted butter
  • 150g (1/2 us cup) Greek yogurt (or vegan Greek yogurt)
  • 180g (1 1/2 us cups) self raising flour (or plain flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder)
  • Big handful of cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese (optional)


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180° C (350 degrees F)
  2. Add spinach and oil/butter to your blender and pulse until mixed.
  3. Then place all the ingredients (Greek yogurt, flour, cheese) in a bowl. Add in the blended spinach and mix all together to make a dough, using your hands.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface (I did it on a silicone mat) until is 1/2 centimetre thick and cut out into shapes with a cookie cutter.
  5. Place them on baking parchment /silicone mat on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden – keep checking to make sure they don’t overcook, all ovens can be different.
  6. Once cooked, leave to cool slightly before serving.
