Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- For the toppings
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- Flour to sprinkle (as needed)
Instructions:
Step 1
Combine the dry ingredient in a clean bowl and mix together with a whisk. In a seperate bowl combine all the wet ingredient water,milk and dry yeast and then add it to the dry ingredient and mix together until well combine.
Step 2
Put it on a surface or table and knead for about 10 minutes,add butter and knead for 5 more minutes,if it stop sticking on ur hand it is done.Make it round shape and place it in a bowl,close it with a damn cloth and leave it to rise until it is bigger in size.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 pieces,make it round like a ball. Cover them with a kitchen towel to rise for about 15mins,press the dough and make it round and place it on the baking tray.
Step 4
Cover them with a dry kitchen towel and leave it to rise for about 15mins (2nd rising).Until they are double in size.
Step 5
Preheat the oven 250°C.Spinkle some flour on top of the dough using tea strainer. Slash or cut the top with one cut at the center and put 1 tsp butter on top. Put it in the oven for about 10-15mins,When it is done place it on a wire rack to cool.
