110g granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicard soda /pinch of salt

1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
190g plain yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
cooking instructions:
bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cooked and golden

add 60g caster sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
brush with melted unsalted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar
