Homemade crepes



    • 125 gr Flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 250 ml milk
    • 50 gr butter
    • 5 gr sugar
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 teaspoon butter to spread the pan


    Step 1
    First, melt the butter by microwaving for 30 to 40 seconds.
    Step 2
    Next, put the liquid ingredients in a blender glass: the milk, the melted butter and the eggs. Add the flour, sugar and salt. Crush all the ingredients until you get a cream and pass the mixture through a strainer to remove any lumps that may have. You can also mix them by hand with the rods.
    Step 3
    Brush a nonstick skillet with a teaspoon of butter with the help of a paintbrush. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
    Step 4
    Pour a little batter in the center and spread it well throughout the pan. When it starts to set, flip it over and cook the crepe briefly on the other side.
    Step 5
    Repeat the operation until all the dough is finished.
