To a plate add:

  • italian bread crumb
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • grated parm
  • to a bowl add
  • eggs
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  • grated parm
  • get your thin chicken breasts!

Directions:

one at a time, coat in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture. coat fully and press the coating onto the chicken for max crispiness!

add olive oil to a pan and heat to 350

fry the cutlets one at a time for 3-5 mins on each side

once fried, place on a cooling rack to allow for excess oil to drip off! finish with a sprinkle of grated parm!
