Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
• 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until it is no longer pink. Add the oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. In a large bowl, combine the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
