No bake kinder cheesecake



  1. 680 g cream cheese
  2. 340 g heavy cream
  3. 400 g plain biscuits
  4. 200 g butter unsalted
  5. 150 g caster sugar
  6. 2 x kinder beunos
  7. 2 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1Crush biscuits in mixing bowl till extremely fine (handle end of a rolling pin works well for this)
  2. Step 2Melt butter in microwave or saucepan and add to biscuits mix well
  3. Step 3Add biscuits to a 9inch cake tin using the bottom of a flat glass to softly press biscuits down and form your base
  4. Step 4And tin with biscuit crust to freezer for 10 minutes to harden
  5. Step 5Add cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract and caster sugar to your mixing bowl and mix or whisk well
  6. Step 6Now take one beuno and chop it finely. I find having it in the freezer a little before hand helps the chopping process
  7. Step 7Mix beuno into your cheesecake mix
  8. Step 8Remove tin from freezer and add cheesecake mix to your tin and smooth over as best you can (doesnt need to be perfect it will settle in the fridge)
  9. Step 9Take your last beuno and cut into segments and add one piece for each slice
  10. Step 10Stick the finished product in the fridge for 4 hours and enjoy
