old fashioned hot fudge pie



  1. 1 9-inch pie crust, uncooked (I used a regular one, but you could make/buy a gluten-free one)
  2. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  3. 1/4 cup butter
  4. 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  5. 1/2 cup gluten-free baking mix (could use regular baking mix)
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 tsp vanilla

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Step 2Put pie crust in pie plate, if you didn’t already buy it in a pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Step 3Reduce oven to 325°F.
  4. Step 4In saucepan, melt chocolate chips with butter.
  5. Step 5In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture, with sweetened condensed milk, baking mix, eggs, & vanilla. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  6. Step 6Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
