Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust, uncooked (I used a regular one, but you could make/buy a gluten-free one)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup gluten-free baking mix (could use regular baking mix)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1Heat oven to 375°F.
- Step 2Put pie crust in pie plate, if you didn’t already buy it in a pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Step 3Reduce oven to 325°F.
- Step 4In saucepan, melt chocolate chips with butter.
- Step 5In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture, with sweetened condensed milk, baking mix, eggs, & vanilla. Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Step 6Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
