    Red Velvet Brownies – if you’re looking for a Valentine’s Day recipe then these fudgy red velvet brownies are the perfect seasonal sweet treat 💗

    Ingredients:

    • -210g softened butter
    • -250g caster sugar
    • -50g brown sugar
    • -30g cocoa powder
    • -2x eggs (room temperature)
    • -2 tsp vanilla extract
    • -red food gel colouring (add until desired colour)
    • -230g plain flour
    • -1 tsp white vinegar
    • -white chocolate chips (measure with ❤️)

    Method:

    -Preheat oven to 170C.

    -Whisk together softened butter, caster sugar and brown sugar.

    -Whisk in cocoa powder.

    -Whisk in 2 eggs and vanilla extract.

    -Whisk in red food gel colouring.

    -Fold in flour and once combined fold in vinegar.

    -Fold in white chocolate chips.

    -Bake for 45-50 minutes.

    -Once cooled top with melted white chocolate for added deliciousness (optional)
