Ingredients:
-1 lb chicken, ground
-1/4 cup green onion, chopped
-1 tablespoon garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
-1 teaspoon chili flakes
-1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1/4 teaspoon sugar
-20-24 wonton wrappers
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, green onion, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. Place a wonton wrapper on a cutting board and put 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a bit of water and fold in half. Gently press the edges to seal.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dumplings and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
4. Carefully flip the dumplings and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
