Stick Date Bundt cake 1 1/2 cup pitted dates chopped make sure the dates are soft 1 cup milk 1/2 water 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 cup butter room temperature 2/3 cup sugar 4 egg at room temperature 2 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoon baking powder 2 1/2 cup flour 1/2 teaspoons salt Preheat your oven to 350° spray, a 12 cup pot cake pan, nonstick spray. In a small pot, add in the dates, milk, water, and baking soda on medium heat and mix it until it starts to boil. Remove it and let it sit out for about 10 minutes or cool start temperature then take an emotion blender or a food processor and blend it up. In bowl Mix the butter and the brown sugar the dates and vanilla. Once these are combine add one egg at a time.BBB it should be nice and fluffy, and another bowl, added the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix that then pour it right into the deep mixture and use a hand blender for this and mix it until it’s smooth pour it right into the Bundt cake. Make sure it’s even on top and put it into the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until it’s done. Remove from the oven let it sit for at least 10 to 20 minutes minutes flip it over on a plate and then pour the caramel sauce on top. Let it sit for a little bit and then pour more caramel sauce again on top so it soaks it and enjoy. Toffee sauce 2/3 cup brown sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla m 3/4 heavy whipping cream In a small pot at these ingredients altogether mix well into everything combined once it starts to boil lower the heat down low to simmer for five minutes then remove from the stove
