The softest marbele cake you will ever make


Super soft, melt in the mouth and easy to make delicious marble cake.


  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk 40g butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk1.

Cooking instructions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Whisk with a stand/electric beater until thick and pale in color.Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 2

Boil milk, then mix in the soft butter. Stir well and pour it in batter. Mix well until combined and smooth. Remove 1 cup batter in a separate bowl, add cocoa powder and milk. Mix well until smooth.

Step 3

In a greased baking tin, pour 2/3 of the vanilla batter, then pour in the chocolate batter on top evenly.Pour the rest of the vanilla batter on top. Swirl batter once with a not overdo.

Step 4

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degree celsius for around 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes, then remove from tin. Enjoy
