Ingredients
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 second layer
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
Step 1
cream together the first 3 ingredients and press into pan.
Step 2
mix together the ingredients for the second layer n pour on top sealing edges.
Step 3
bake at 350 for 50-60 mins
