CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS recipe

Ingredients

  • 2¬†chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp¬†Seasoning salt

Cooking Instructions

  • Step 1 Slice your chicken breasts length wise. You should get about ten strips per piece.
  • Step 2 In one bowl add the heavy cream. In a second larger bowl add the flour, panko bread crumbs and seasoning salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3 Put the chicken in the heavy cream and let it sit for a bit. Anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes. Next take the chicken from the heavy cream and place into the flour mixture coating it completely. Repeat process until all the chicken is breaded.
  • Step 4 Carefully place chicken in the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Should only take a few minutes.
  • Step 5 Remove from hot oil and set on some paper towels to help with excess oil. Plate and enjoy.
